Refund policy

We hope it never happens, but if the product you purchased from us comes broken or with a missing part, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Once the return has been approved, the item will need to be returned within 2 weeks. The products need to be returned in their original packaging. 

If this occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand that although we try hard to make your experience with our store a great one, we, our manufacturers, suppliers, and delivery persons aren't perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes or accidents occur between the start of delivery and the time it reaches you. We at Miller & Delaney will try and make it right for you! 

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but on the off chance that you simply change your mind about the product you purchased - and unless otherwise specified on the product page - you may return an item that you purchased.

Request a return within 30 days, and then 14 days from the approved return, the product needs to be returned with original packaging and in original new condition.

If there is evidence that the product was used or worn, a refund will not be made. The customer will be responsible for the return costs.

Print on demand (POD) items (especially personalized items) cannot be returned because they are created at the time of the purchase for the customer who ordered it. If you have issues with the item, like a manufacturing flaw, however, please contact us for a return. We want to make it right whenever we can.
